Hidden from the world lies a place so divine,
dark and quiet, it heralds peace within.

A place know to
but a chosen few,
its walls laced with delicate ferns
dripping with crystaline dew.

Hear the drops and trickles falling
musically to the stream below.

Deep within its walls
dwell those shadowy few,
nymphs and faeries
and others too.

Niads and hyriads
and their spirit kind,
lie in serene repose.

Ye blessed visitors
who this place find,
Keep these secrets
so divine

Got lost and stopped by the grotto
struck deals with villains,
and though I'm in my feelings
kneeling and *******
I payed to be ripped off
cadences dip, lost the lotto

Watery graves appealing strange
the solution is lame
the parade's an insane path to follow
Radical urchin burden
grifting the current
mechanisms infected
luring fevers to wallow in, ad absurdum
fathom futility in survival
famine imbibes a stifled echo of revival
in my head

I'm just playing dead for my recital

better informed to the abhorrence I'm entitled

feathered in form alluring sword alarm from Michael

clever to wars imparted forcible and vital, to the era

but staring in awe before the cycle

Bearing a maw beneath the throes along the final.

Bury me after my heart
and guard informal notions of the lauded
if calluses lift the filthy and applaud it

whittle the simply to the too intense or lawless
for a history glistening through a rose of sickly fondness
I won't ask if you were listening to all this
but I must admit
I don't think I can trust you

to be honest...
This is actually kind of a rough draft, and something I may expand on later. There's a lot I cut and plan to add later with more specific wording, but I wanted to have at least the brief version up, in case I changed my mind about really drilling this out.

Lacquer metal, finest degree
Eggshell maiden dancing, skirts turned free
Tossed leaf nestle, a glory in a hidden theatre
Dark privileged passions creep in and listen.

The dirt around your feet compacted,
The dress around your friends contrived
But you look so natural in those seams of transplacental
Defied by the native over-leaf

What privileged thought found comfort there
What Rubenesqued dresses blushed in joy
At white marble hugging thought
And privileged smells adorning your excitement

The path beyond your feet leads nowhere
For your sight spins where your eyebrows lead
Round and round in close circles
Amongst those eyes who cracked your paint

In floral dresses, nimbly tread upon
Artemis's grotto with glee
Part 3 of 3
A very short story! But hope you like it! ^-^

Cold stone feet of mercy save me
Take my broken will
And cleanse it
Cold I sit and wait and hear you
Not a word comes from my lips
Endless are the hours waiting
Nothing new but old old songs
All around the mountains bowing
Crying out their cold love song
Loneliness is worse than torture
Alone I have no song to sing
Stark white eyes of healing take me
Still as moonlight on the stone
Crying out of voices long lost
Where my soul so longs to go
Restless helpless weary traveler
Sit awhile at love’s cold feet
Waiting on the dawn to save you
Joining in on my heartbreak
Nothing stirring ceaseless whirring
Fills the mind but not the soul
Love creates things when it’s living
Dead it leaves the road to wind
Pale face of longing call me
Bring me to your stone embrace
Sitting at your feet I wonder
Why the stars are hard to trace
Lemon drops, I think not
But cold bright teardrops out of place
Trees are groaning stone hearts moaning
Bending down like backs of man
Love likes leaving not receiving
With the wind it flees the world
Silent raving begs for saving
Let your wings enfold me now
Touch me softly, brush and rock me
Save me in your stone embrace
