I say I live as a burden,
My mouth sealed shut.
So that I may not utter the words,
Of my weighted thoughts.

These truths weigh a ton,
And I've far too many for just one head.
For even mine.
My head bobs to my shoulder,
Weakened necks can't hold this.

Now I'm shaking,
Trembling.
Because I gave you the rocks,
The stones that broke my neck.
And you are fading,
Drifting all at once.

Give me your boulders,
And we will be even.
Give me your mountains,
So I can rest easy.

My burdenous brain
Broken neck
Heavy thoughts

I never meant to break your neck too

Lairs twist life so it's tasty to the lazy
Powerful to the weak and crazy

Brilliant and seductive to the
ignorant youth
But even in pain, there is beauty in the truth

Even a tiny bit of deceit is dishonorable
For only cowards lie selfishly without preamble

As lies only strengthen a liar's defects
A liar's character, mind, & spirit gains no positive affects

The abuser of the truth paints with disappearing colors
Valuing the canvass at worthless dollars

For once the veil of the facade is lifted
Honesty, integrity and trust can never be re-gifted.

Unhappy are the takers
Or why else be fakers?

But to devastate the essence of the believer
Measures the cruelty of the deceiver

Inner peace with self deception
Is the doing of one's own soul's destruction

However if truth be told
When lies gradually unfold,

Is it better to be the believer
Or the deceiver?
Purple
storm clouds blown in
by the turbulent winds
haven’t enough rain to wash off
your pain.

Hi im Joe but you don't know what that means
Names seem to fit types, but friendships fit yours and those are the names that stick
And I think we'll be friends but you don't know what that means because its hard to find someone who cares about you not what you do
I miss you and neither of us knows what that means because we just want the opposite of what we have and we haven't had it
And I love you without knowing what my heart means because I just don't want to lose this chance to be yours
Now im in love with you and the way our hearts play but I don't know what that is because I never figured how to make it talk and walk all together
As we fall apart I don't know what it means because even when I was angry I just threw it out to be with you
These fists fly and we don't know what they mean because you only see half of them and we can never feel the others
Goodbye but you don't know what that means because we were friends forever and life is different now, and without us we're missing everything we knew
