It's been so long since I spoke to you
And touched your side, a gentle tease.
Too long since we danced in sync
And moved beneath that gentle fleece.
Consider this, my almost love,
While we move along our separate lanes;
The world turns, the rivers flow,
The mountians climb, despite the pains.

Now I'm held beneath the moon,
I dance upon a field of green,
I found my love who loves me true,
A gentle love, my life long queen.
I'm sorry for the time I lost,
Wasting time in others arms.
With these words I banish you
And embrace my gentle lover's charms.
