'Twas fireflies who lit the sparkΒ Β
That slowly roasted Joan of Arc
Should I expect the same, my love
Will blazing blades reign from above
Or perhaps a different fate
Where Sunrise sparks incinerate
All that we promised to create
When moonlight splashes at our feet
Will you wade in shades of what could be
Would you promise atΒ least that to me
Or is ash the only guarantee
