These hearts are flooded and foolish
Too dumb to see we're done
Too busy beating their drums
Desperately fighting for something that's
already
                            ******.
**** it, we keep fighting, keep scratching, keep biting
Our tongues spit numb words through chattering teeth
The same conversations
Same situations
Same polluted sheets, poisoned covers
We cover it up in public

They say we're so good together              So sweet
Behind closed curtains the knives stick in deep
