When a Dryad cries …

… the bright red leaves
drip
and the tree stands
in a pool
of blood

… forest green leaves
drip
and the tree stands
in a pond
of heartbreak

… red and green leaves
drip
and the tree stands
in a lake
of sorrow

There is no sadder song
than when a tree dies,
there is no deeper grief
than when a Dryad cries.

i might say,
everything's gonna be okay,
not today,
but someday.

at the end of the day,
we're still together.
at the end of this day,
i still love you.

I want to fall in love and write cute mushy poetry.

Mature my relationship and write sonnets about our lives.

Then break up and write sad songs.

Eventually, realize he wasn't worth it And write angry or semi  relieved one-liners.

Ah! the things we are willing to go through,
to be able to write Poetry.

How easy it is,
To get lost in a universe
that is entirely your own.
it’s easy, trust me.
